The objectives of Bruce and Lisa May are twofold:

1. Create Awareness for the Dabo and Kathleen Swinney "All In Team Foundation"
2. Create Awareness of the Unique Real Estate Opportunities -
   I chose Low Country Retreat/Cleveland Plantation and Lake Jocassee because they are truly unique. I have never seen or even heard of a 116 acre lakefront equestrian Plantation since I arrived 12 yrs ago. While Lake Jocassee property is a rare find as it can be with over 95% of the shoreline protected.

Goal

1. Raise $50,000-$75,000 for the All In Team Foundation in 2009/10 and $100,000 per year in future years

How it Works

Thru Marketing and Sales of Unique "One of a Kind Properties" we will generate revenue for the All In Team Foundation

1.  Bruce May will donate 25% of his commission
2. Owners of some of the properties have agreed to give an additional donation to the Foundation

1.  Lake Jocassee Lakefront homes and lots ranging from $450,000 to $4.9million
2. Low Country Retreat - 16 acres with 2450 feet of shoreline
