Philip Has lived his entire life in Seneca, SC.  Ever since he was young, he has explored Lake Keowee, and the beautiful Upstate South Carolina Mountains. He has watched Lake Keowee turn from a lake with only a few homes, to an area of High Demand.

Philip currently resides in Seneca with his wife Caroline.  He graduated in ’03 from Anderson College, where he played varsity Baseball, and graduated Cum Laude with a degree in Business, with a concentration on Management.  Philip also has been involved with Developing and Renovating Properties over the past five years.  Some of Philip’s hobbies include Golfing, Deep-sea fishing, and Hunting.
